The secret to success could be that we bake our brownies using the best ingredients we can find - including rich European chocolate, organic Cotswold eggs, butter from the local Jersey creamery and organic flour from our local Cotswold flour millers. Or it could just be one of life's mysteries.

We use Divine chocolate chunks in our Classic chunky chocolate and Chunky white chocolate brownies.
