CORPORATE ORDERS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

At Bluebasil, we love working with corporate customers and enjoy packing hundreds of boxes to send out to your clients, staff and co-workers, bringing huge amounts of enjoyment wherever they are delivered.

Our corporate clients have used brownie gift boxes for hugely successful marketing campaigns, thank you gifts, congratulations and to enhance their presence and brand within their marketplaces.

Pricing & How to Order

Yes! We do offer discounts for corporate customers depending on the projected quantities you would like to order. Please contact us with details of the number of gifts you wish to send and we can let you know if you are eligible for a corporate discount.

Small orders: Corporate customers can order directly online for small volumes, e.g. 1- 3 parcels. Corporate discount code (if eligible) can be issued to use in the promotional code section of the shopping basket. Please note, payment must be made by card at the time of ordering. We request that the online method is used for small parcel quantities and do not raise manual invoices for 1-3 parcel requests.

Bulk Orders: If you have bulk orders (4 or more), please request our bulk order form from us and return it with the recipient details for each box. We require address fields to be very carefully filled out and separated to download this directly into the postal system.

Small orders can be placed and paid for from our website. Bulk orders will be sent an invoice link via email for card payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. If you require to pay via BACS, please contact us for account details.

As much advance lead-in time is always appreciated, and we will endeavour to work as quickly as possible to meet your order request. However during busy periods, including Christmas, we can request a minimum of 2-5 working days for smaller orders and 7-10 working days for bulk orders of over 50 parcels.

Branding and Customise

Many of our corporate customers choose to have a ‘logo’ tag created to enhance their marketing message. Provided the logo can fit into the parameters of our vintage style luggage tag, we can create a logo stamp for all your future orders. Tags are tied with string around our standard gift box (see photo samples on our corporate page). Please note , logo tags cannot be used on art-sleeved boxes (including the Christmas art sleeve).

The cost of logo stamps is £35 + vat. If you wish to order a logo stamp, we require 3 - 5 days turnover time. The requirements for the logo artwork are;

Image Format: file must be a .jpg

Image Pixels: minimum 200 x 200 pixels

Image Resolution: minimum size 300 DPI

Image Size: maximum size 280 x 180 mm

File Size: maximum 4MB

BESPOKE ART SLEEVES: Some customers work with our artist to produce a customised ‘art-sleeve’ for their corporate boxes. These are wrapped around the gift box instead of the string & luggage tags. The cost of this will be calculated on a bespoke basis to include artist time, graphic design fees, printing costs & quantity required. This option gives you much more scope to make a bold impact with your brand identity.

We are always happy for customers to send us cards, business cards, compliments slips etc. to be placed inside the box. Cards should be A6 in size or smaller. Customers are responsible for producing their cards and supplying them to us. 

Delivery

We use the Royal Mail business system and send parcels using the Tracked 24 service, with expected delivery within one day - Please note; Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed service. 

If your parcel needs to be guaranteed, please selecting the 'special delivery' option, or consider requesting an earlier than required delivery date (our brownies have a good shelf life).

The standard delivery charge (under 15kg) is £2.85 per address, special delivery starts at £8.50 but may be higher depending on the weight.

Bulk orders to a single destination will be quoted separately according to weight.

We deliver all over the U.K. Some parcels to highlands & islands may take longer to arrive, you should allow extra delivery time. 

Dietary Information

All of our brownies are suitable for vegetarians. We are not a nut-free or gluten-free premises and therefore not suitable for anyone suffering from food allergies.

We do provide brownies made without nut ingredients, however, please note that our kitchen is not a nut-free environment and therefore we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of nuts. 

In our kitchen environment, we also handle other allergens from time to time which can include (but not limited to) nuts, seeds, sesame, mustard, celery, dairy, eggs and gluten. We therefore, cannot ever guarantee traces of allergens may not be present which will not suit people with severe allergies.

We do not currently offer vegan brownies at this time.
