Bluebasil brownies are delivered by Royal Mail,  Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) in the United Kingdom only including the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. We do not deliver to international destinations (including Eire).

Delivery date must be selected during checkout process. Parcels are sent via Tracked24 post. Please note that deliveries may take between 1-3 days for addresses in England & Wales and may take up to 3 days in more remote areas including Highlands and Islands. We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless customers request a *Special Delivery. For next day brownie delivery please orders placed before 10am Monday - Friday (excludes bank holidays).

Special Delivery parcels will require a signature and cannot be left safe. 

* Please note, unless you select 'special delivery' postal option at checkout, we cannot guarantee your brownie delivery date - it is a requested date only. Every effort will be made to deliver on your requested date but delays can occur, so select an earlier delivery day than you need or  'special delivery' if it's a VIP parcel.

Delivery Information

  • Online brownie deliveries are made between Monday – Friday. 
  • Unfortunately requested delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays on occasion. Delays can occur due to weather, traffic, breakdowns and mis-sorting at the post office - none of which we have any control over. We all do our best to deliver parcels on requested delivery dates but very occasionally delays can and do occur preventing us guaranteeing deliveries.
  • If parcels cannot be left at the address premises and recipients are not in to receive the parcel, it may be returned to the post office for collection.

It is the recipient’s responsibility to collect the parcel within 10 working days from Royal Mail. Parcels are dispatched 1 day before your delivery date, but can take 1-3 days to arrive.


Delayed or Non Deliveries

If your parcel does not appear to have arrived, firstly please check with the neighbours or around the property in case the parcel has been left in a safe place. Also try the local post office I.D. will be required to pick up parcels.  If the parcel has not been delivered to neighbours or the post office then it is possible that your parcel may have been delayed. You must advise us within 14 days of any non-delivery of a parcel.

Of course delays unfortunately can occur when we least want them to and your special parcel that maybe an important gift, can be delayed much to your disappointment. We all work really hard to ensure that this doesn’t happen, but please understand that traffic problems, weather, vehicle break downs, motorway closures can all occur that are generally out of anyone’s control to solve. In these instances, your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible at the very next opportunity and we ask for your understanding and patience.

We regret that delayed parcels cannot be cancelled or refunded unless lost or delayed by more than 4 working days.
