Consumer rights of returns do not cover perishable goods. We are not able to accept returns or refunds for any perishable goods, including cakes and brownies sold from our website unless they are faulty or mislabelled and not as described. In which case, we must refer you to our terms & conditions to contact us within 14 days of purchase and put in writing your complaint. You must also return the faulty product to us, for which we will cover the return cost if this is a fault of manufacture. We will replace or refund you for faulty goods, manufacturing errors or mislabelling upon returning the original product within its original packaging.
